IT Technician / IT Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Server Administration, Maintenance and Backup.
• Provide IT support to end users.
• Maintain user login and email accounts.
• Setup and issue laptops to new joiners.
• Support IP Phone System.
• Support Office Applications.
• Setup Printers.
• Handling the submission of invoices and fixed assets through the company's OA system.
• Perform other IT support responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager.
• Participate in other ad-hoc responsibilities, including the handling of overseas visitors, as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma in Computer Studies or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Support and Operations.
• Self-motivated and to be able to work independently or as a team with a good service aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and excellent administrative work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Working location at Jurong East.
• Able to commence work with short notice.
