Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie is looking for Assistant Manager to join our Service team. This position reports to the Front of House Manager,and working closely with the kitchen and Marketing teams.

Job Scope:

Hygiene and Safety Standards
  1. Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
  2. Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
Service Operations
  1. Support and lead team in running of daily café operations
  2. Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
  3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  4. Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
  5. Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities, facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary.
  6. Work closely with the Management Team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities.
  7. Processing of orders from stockists and communicating to relevant team members to coordinate fulfilment.
  8. Assist in inventory management, ordering stocks and ensuring latest products are updated in the POS system.
  9. Assist in all internal and external events.
  10. Ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily.
  11. To be familiar with all items on the menu.
  12. Ensure the display is fully stocked and can meet the menu at all times, notifying the department head or kitchen staff of any shortage.
  13. Check that all café facilities, equipment or furnishings are in good order and to report any damage.
  14. Able to manage cost and inventory, meeting sales targets.
  15. Follow the normal operating plan, ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required.
  16. Ensuring the completion of daily financial paperwork and cash handling and that all expenditure is covered by an invoice or receipt.
