Our client is a Trading MNC company, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Accounts Executive to be part of their Accounting team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Role Description of Accounts Executive:

Generate and issue sales invoices on a daily basis.
Maintain a daily log for invoices and payments.
Update daily records for sales and purchases, covering Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions, and perform monthly reconciliations.
Conduct monthly maintenance and valuation of inventory.
Handle monthly updates and valuation of physical fair values.
Review and reclassify suspense accounts, ensuring accurate recording of freight costs in the system.
Track and manage invoice due dates to ensure timely payments.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
Minimum 3 years of experience in AP & GL accounting
Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be a bonus
