Store Manager, Italian RTW (Orchard and MBS) - Toa Payoh

As a Store Manager, you will constantly seek business opportunities to exceed commercial results, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. You will coach and develop the team in a style which is personable and hands-on. You will inspire your team to always put the client first, continually looking for ways to exceed the client’s expectations.

What you can look forward to:

• Provide leadership to the store team including recruitment, coaching, training and performance management
• Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
• Customer Relationship Management – managing our customer database, driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP events
• Identify ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention
• Effective two way communication to ensure team members are engaged and knowledgeable
• Store merchandising standards are adhered to including visual merchandising expectations
• Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership members

About you:

• 2 years of experience within a retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
• Previous experience leading a large team to drive business outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
• Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
