Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope
• Develop accurate cost estimates and detailed analysis for various construction projects
• Measure quantities, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordinate with suppliers to call for quotations for tender submissions
• Prepare comprehensive tender packages, including pre-qualification documents, clarifications, evaluations, and reports, while providing insightful analysis and recommendations
• Attend site showrounds to gain a better understanding of project requirements and client expectations

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Open to consider fresh graduates.
• Relevant experiences in quantity surveying / tendering will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a passion for cost management and project analysis
