Talent Acquisition Executive- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Take on a proactive approach to seek out passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
- Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Organize and coordinate walk-in interviews
- Ensure documents are submitted timely to Talent & Culture for shortlisted candidates to hire
- Collection of onboarding documents
- Assign Occupational Personality Questionnaire to candidates required accordingly.
- Assist to onboard new hires to Accor Integrated System - INES
- Ensure accuracy in updating of internal tracking sheets
- Actively seek out recruitment fairs to participate
- Liaise with government agencies / job board agencies on the participation of recruitment fairs
- Ensure smooth transition of new hires to the Talent Acqusition administration team upon completion of onboarding.
- All other duties as assigned
