**Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator**

**Summary:**

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

This is a full-time position based in North Singapore, with on-site work required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  5. Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution.
  6. Sourcing and matching of MDW to customer's needs
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  1. Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Proven problem-solving abilities in a customer service setting.
  6. Minimum O'levels, those with CEI Basic preferred but not a must.
  7. 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
