The Role
We have a strong and growing foundation of clients based across Asia and are now seeking a dynamic, energetic and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to help drive business expansion. Based in Singapore, you will spearhead our further market entry and play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities, building key client relationships and establishing Polymath as a leading creative presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow our presence in Asia.
- Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities with relevant companies requiring best-in-class branding services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, Marketing Directors and Brand Managers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the London HQ to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
- Provide ongoing insights on the Asian market, including competitor analysis and customer preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the 6-month contract period.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within branding, design, or marketing services.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive sales.
- Curios, energetic and dedicated attitude.
- Personable, with excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Understanding of the branding sector, service offering and marketing concepts.
- A network in Singapore’s (and the wider Asian market’s) business ecosystem, especially among sports brands, premium/luxury brands, corporates, consumer brands and/or startups is a bonus.
