GENERAL DESCRIPTION Seeking experienced financial and accounting professional to join the Financial Management team. The analyst's primary focus is on head office reporting, balance sheet account substantiation & reconciliation and month end closing.
MAIN DUTIES General ledger static maintenance Preparation of journals, accruals for month end closing Preparation and provision of accurate and timely head office reporting in compliance with Group requirements Provision of internal reporting to local management Liaison with internal and external auditors, and other departments within the entity Preparation of balance sheet account substantiation and reconciliation Providing the supporting and documents for audited Financial Statement Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects in support of department's initiatives Qualifications WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Conversant with financial accounting and reconciliations.
Good team player with ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with minimal supervision and within tight timelines Strong attention to details and good analytical and problem-solving skills. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Degree in Banking or Finance.OTHER REQUIREMENTS Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge in Python, SQL & Excel Marcos
