Customer Service Executive (Permanent Part-time) - Sengkang

We are looking for a Weekday Customer Service Executive who can work 3-4 days a week from 12.00pm to 7.00pm

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative / clerical / reception duties
Attend to both phone and walk-in inquiries
Render assistance to students and/or parents when required
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
Ensure general upkeep of centre; reception area, restroom and classrooms
Assist in preparing marketing collateral

Requirements

Singaporean
Cheerful and able to converse fluently in English
Enjoy working with children
Substantial experience in working with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Preferably familiar with basic image editing software
Experience with reception / front-office / customer-service duties is essential
Able to start work as soon as possible
The ability to converse in Mandarin would be helpful (in order to communicate and assist Mandarin speaking associates/clients)

Working hours

Weekdays (except Wednesdays)
21-28 hours a week
