As a Project Engineer (ACMV), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist Project Manager with site planning and operations.
• Provide expertise in ACMV, HVAC, chillers, and related systems.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and approvals for materials and shop drawings.
• Monitor construction progress, resources, and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and manage temporary works.
• Update Variation Order (VO) schedule and verify material requisitions.
• Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and site measurements.
• Resolve technical issues and perform HVAC load and equipment sizing calculations.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure ISO compliance.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate who possess 3 years of relevant experience and above will be an added advantage
• Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
• Candidate who is proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD will be an added advantage
