Product Marketing Manager, Thailand & Vietnam - Geylang
The Southeast Asia Product Marketing (SEA PMM) team sits under the broader APAC International Marketing (IM) PMM team where our mission is to accelerate product and business growth through market and audience expertise. We are the voice of product in International Markets and the voice of International Markets in Product.
As the Market PMM, you will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption and growth of our ad products in Vietnam and Thailand. You will work with Global Business Group (GBG), Sales, and cross functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Be the product go-to-market expert across our priority ad products, and own product growth and adoption for our large advertisers in Thailand and Vietnam
- Strategically drive business performance and adoption goals, by managing executive level relationships and independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution
- Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product trainings, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to conduct tests, validate proof points for our priority products and scale learnings
- Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Collaborate with in-market Sales teams to synthesize market opportunities backed with data, and articulate customer problems and feedback, to influence product strategy and roadmaps
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, digital advertising or relevant experience
- Has relevant experience in Vietnam and Thailand and can communicate in Vietnamese and/or Thai as the role will requirement communication with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Vietnamese and/or Thai
- Experience in prioritization, problem solving and Independent execution
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate
- Track record of collaborating well and influencing cross-functional teams
- A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions
- Communication and interpersonal experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or above
