Job Descriptions:

Account Receivable

Review and post manual invoice in system
Perform AR closing and report

Account Payable

Review and post manual invoice in system
Input misc invoice for approval
Prepare payment to suppliers
Perform AP closing and report
Liaise with vendor for monthly reconciliation

Monthly Closing

Prepare bank reconciliation
Prepare sales reconciliation
Prepare sales and purchase reports

Others

UAT for relevant module
Any other duties assigned by superior or Company.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting
Knowledge and understand operations in Corporate Finance & Accounting, including Taxation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
Experience in trading and service industry preferred
