Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. You will be required to lead, coach & inspire a team of more than 20 executives to deliver quality end-to-end benefits, claims & payroll services for clients’ employees. You will ensure excellent service delivery, while complying with statutory regulations and requirements and clients’ policies and procedures.You will constantly review processes for better efficiency & effectiveness, implement innovative solutions and explore business opportunities to support company’s growth.

Oversee and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators for all service lines in the areas of claim administration, service scheme benefit payments and payroll administration.
Establish processes & procedures to ensure quality service delivery, good governance and compliance with statutory regulations & clients' requirements. Implement data protection practices and ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand, review and apply related HR policies to ensure accurate processing and payments.
Motivate the team to excel in service delivery, review and streamline processes through innovations to enhance efficiency and add value to customers. Drive innovation and service quality culture within the branch.
Develop staff potential through coaching, providing timely performance feedback and planning for staff development needs
Support new business requirements by collaborating with business partners to design process flows, perform effort sizing and provide budgetary quotations. Actively engage clients to understand their needs and explore business expansion.
Ensure business continuity through proper documentation of critical processes and knowledge.
Qualities We Value
Preferably with 3-5 years in a managerial position leading a team and with relevant experience in Operations Management/HR Operations. Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of policies and processes, with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to motivate large teams effectively and build rapport with various stakeholders
Innovative mindset to adopt new technologies and implement innovative solutions
Knowledge of SAP-HR, Human Resource and Payroll System (HRPS), New Finance System (NFS) and other Whole-of-Government platforms is an added advantage
