Geylang - Product Designer

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Product Designer for a 12 months contract role, this role is with a well known Social Media Technology Client.

What Will You Need:

• Lead comprehensive design initiatives for our Data Center and Network Infrastructure Products, establishing a cohesive design language and standards while focusing on crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct in-depth user research and collaborate directly with customers to integrate their insights into our design process, ensuring our infrastructure management interfaces are continually refined to meet user/stakeholder needs.
• Ability to design end-to-end flows and deliver polished, high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, showcasing the potential of our data center and network management technologies to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Work on Billing platforms and establish and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across our product suite.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of our complex infrastructure planning/monitoring products by closely collaborating across departments specifically with team in Korea and Japan to ensure design efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and contributing to the overall strategy and decision-making process

What Do You Need:

• At least 5 years of product design experience, with a focus on designing complex software applications focused on efficiency
• Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• An interest in contributing to the broader vision and strategy of the product and the company, bringing a design perspective to strategic discussions and decisions. Communication Skills: Strong cross-functional communication and problem solving skills.
• The ability to build in a fast-paced environment under some uncertainty.
• Ability to work on user platforms and apps
• Korean/Japanese language skills along with english language.
