A leading financial services organisation, committed to delivering top-tier financial solutions, is seeking an accomplished HR Director to lead their Singapore-based HR team.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Director to shape and drive the companys people agenda. With rapid growth, the organisation is creating this new role to establish greater structure, align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Design and execute talent management programs, succession planning, and initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Lead the development of the HR Function reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures .
  • Analyse HR metrics and leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while embedding HR best practices.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, engaged, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in the financial services sector.

The Team & Reporting Structure

This role reports to the CEO and the Global HR Director, leading a small team of HR generalists to ensure both strategic and operational HR functions are effectively managed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and has over ten years of HR experience, including at least five in a strategic leadership role within investment management or financial services. You will have a strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence key decisions.

A proven track record of establishing HR structures, developing processes to support organisational growth, and fostering a people-centric culture is essential. Strong communication skills, a data-driven approach to HR, and a problem-solving mindset will be key to success in this role.
