Job Overview: We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our organic traffic and increase brand awareness for our baby and maternal care products in Singapore. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content strategies that resonate with parents while driving traffic to our Shopify site.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms to build brand awareness and drive organic traffic
Develop content calendars that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Craft educational content about pregnancy, baby care, and maternal wellness to establish thought leadership
Build relationships with parenting influencers and community leaders in Singapore
Optimize social media content for SEO to improve organic visibility
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular performance reports
Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Required Qualifications:

Experience in social media marketing and content creation
Proven track record of growing organic social media traffic and engagement
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Excellent copywriting skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
