Description:
・Overall business management of the entire branch,・Banking operation and organization management, and
improvement of work environment of the entire branch
・Planning and execution of branch strategy
・Management and guidance of subordinates
・Relationship and negotiation with representatives of
Corporate customers (In Japanese)
・Relation and negotiation with financial authority
and financial institutions
・Cooperation, discussion, negotiations and reports with
Japanese head office directors and related departments

Job Requirements:
・Experience at a Japanese bank 20 years or longer
（Since we are a branch of a Japanese bank, we are
required to comply with Japanese regulations as well as
local regulations, hence it is necessary for the candidate
to be familiar with Japanese regulations and internal
rules.)
・Experience in managing the entire branch 3 years or
Longer. * This includes overseas branches or representative offices
as part of the branches, as well as experience in managing
branches at the headquarters level.
(As the person in charge of operating the entire branch,it is necessary for candidate to have experience in
managing the branch directly or experience in managing
the branch at the head office.
・Japanese native level
（Because the respondents at the Head Office side are
Japanese speakers in the meetings, discussions, reports,etc.with the relevant departments of the Japanese HO.)
・Experience in personnel management and organizational
management 10 years or longer
（We are a new bank branch less than 5 years after
opening, hence it is necessary to show off his/her abilities
of personnel and organizational management work at a
maximum as a branch general manager.)
