We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive warm, attentive service from the moment they connect with us. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiries & Communication
Respond to customer queries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat, social media) in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Centre Operations Support
Ensure the centre is clean, organized, and welcoming. Oversee customer flow and provide assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Instructor & Class Coordination
Coordinate with instructors on class schedules and bookings to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling.
  • Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service, digital correspondence, and thoughtful follow-ups.
  • Sales & Follow-Up

Support sales by following up on leads from trials, encouraging package renewals, and meeting sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a wellness, educational, or service-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, booking tools, and digital platforms.
  • Sales-minded with the ability to promote our services and drive renewals.
  • Must be available to work on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) or both weekends preferable as part of your regular schedule.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
