Social Media Operations Specialist - Geylang

esponsibilities:
- Develop and implement the global social media strategy for the company’s platform (including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and manage community engagement across multiple platforms, responding to user inquiries in real-time to increase user participation and enhance brand loyalty.
- Plan and execute engaging community activities such as AMA sessions, challenges, and contests to boost user engagement.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Create and write original content tailored to the tone of each platform, including text, images, short videos, and multimedia content.
- Combine industry trends and popular topics to create shareable and relevant social media content.
- Generate content for KOL collaborations and co-branded promotional materials to increase brand awareness.
Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization:
- Track and analyze the performance of various social media platforms, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Write regular social media performance reports, gaining insights into user behavior and shifting trends.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, brand, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.
- Support the promotion of major platform events and announcements through social media channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, with experience in the fintech or Web3 industry being a plus.
Skills & Expertise:
- Familiarity with the operations and strategies of mainstream social platforms in the fintech or Web3 space, including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Strong content creation and planning abilities, capable of adapting content to fit the demands of different platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.

- Passionate about the fintech and Web3 industries, with strong industry insights.
- Creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to adapt to global market demands.
