Sales Engineer - Tampines

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in helping our clients solve complex manufacturing challenges with precision cutting tools. You’ll work directly with customers, using your technical expertise to understand their needs for the right solutions.

• Actively prospecting for existing and new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of potential customers
• Showcase the capabilities of our solutions
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborating with the product development team to gather customer feedback and identify new market need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the precision engineering or manufacturing industry
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts to customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in English or Mandarin with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
