About the role

As a CCTV Field Technician at Norms Labs Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems across various locations in Singapore Main Island. This full-time position requires hands-on technical expertise and a strong customer-focused approach to ensure the seamless operation of our security infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related hardware
Respond to service calls and diagnose issues with CCTV systems
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on CCTV equipment
Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of CCTV systems
Liaise with clients to schedule and coordinate site visits and installations
Maintain accurate records of all CCTV-related work performed
Stay up-to-date with the latest CCTV technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Technical knowledge of CCTV hardware, software, and networking principles
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and diagrams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A valid Class 3/3A driving license for cars and a Class 2B license for motorcycles and flexibility to work on-site at various locations
Certification in CCTV or security system installation and maintenance is preferred
