Duties and Responsibilities
  • Raising purchase orders for the procurement of products (F&B).
  • Monitoring and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of items
  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all purchasing activities
  • Assisting with inventory management and identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels
  • Supporting the implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to the Procurement team as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the F&B industry
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
