Job Scope:

• Prepare and manage P&G Freight Bill invoices and reports
• Generate customized reports based on customer requests
• Analyze data and provide detailed reports as needed by management
• Attend meetings with customers to address concerns and discuss shipments
• Coordinate with Declarator and customers for the application of SICC-COO
• Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth communication
• Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, held monthly or as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related issues promptly
• Foster work harmony and a collaborative environment within the department
• Manage project shipments, including attending site viewings and handling related tasks
• Oversee the financial performance of the sea freight department, focusing on both top-line and bottom-line management
• Drive continuous improvement in the annual KPI for customer satisfaction surveys
• Increase productivity by optimizing the use of the Freight Management System (FMS)
• Analyze data and propose strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency
• Delegate and assign JS/JD tasks to department staff effectively

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics/supply chain related studies or equivalent
• Candidates should possess experience in Import / Export in related industry
• Experience in handling shipping documentation (Permit Declaration / Shipping Incoterm)
