Senior Business Analyst (Jurong West / Project Implementation)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the implementation and ongoing support of the software applications. You will act as a bridge between business teams, IT teams, and system vendors to ensure a smooth application rollout, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Job Type: 1 year contract
- Salary Package: Up to $7k (basic)
- Collaborate with business teams to gather system requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system modules.
- Monitor system implementation and track UAT status.
- Train business users in system usage.
- Oversee testing and enhancements for application functionality.
- Handle post-go-live support and system-related requests.
- Analyze operational data and work with vendors & IT teams to resolve issues.
- Develop reports & dashboards for system performance and support trends.
- Document SOPs and business processes.
- Manage user administration and support issue resolution.
- Generate system and operational reports for management & decision-making.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Proven experience in full SDLC, system & process documentation.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics & BI tools (Tableau, Qliksense, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint).
