Senior HR Executive - Business Partner (Site / Corporate) - Hougang

Responsibilities:
- Guide supervisors and managers in performance management including performance improvement program (PIP)
- Guide supervisors and managers in handling grievances and disciplinary process
- Manage employee movements such as transfer, re-designation, promotion, resignation, termination, absence without official leave, re-employment etc
- Provide support in programmes and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement such as townhall, festive celebration, team building program and wellness activities in collaboration with various committees
- Facilitate new hire orientation and briefing in online/classroom style
- Prepare, analyse and present monthly and adhoc reports
- Support employee relation or union-related matters
- Support HR improvement projects
- Partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment plans and ensure timely hiring for corporate functions
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies or related fields
- At least 3 years in HR experience in a generalist / business partnering role preferably with industrial relations or union experience
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry or fast paced environment will be advantageous
- Highly adaptable and pro-active with initiative and drive
- Passionate and internal customers orientated
- Possess excellent communication and people management skill with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Words, Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI
