Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete HR function for Singapore, including recruitment, internships, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development (L&D), payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with Singaporean labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Assist the Group HR Manager in developing HR policies, ensuring adherence to these policies in the Singapore office.
- Collaborate with the Assistant HR Manager in Malaysia to meet sourcing and onboarding needs for executives and workers in both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Work with the Singapore HR & Admin team to implement a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a cohesive company culture in alignment with the group's core values and mission, focusing on employee engagement and consistency in workplace culture.
- Take on any additional tasks or special assignments as directed by Senior Management and the Group HR Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of HR experience in Singapore with in-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations, and a strong background in talent acquisition and development.
- Self-motivated and hands-on with a collaborative mindset, able to work well as part of a team.
- Capable of handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Energetic, adaptable, and ready to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to visit project sites and engage with both frontline and executive-level staff.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Strong numerical and critical thinking skills, capable of executing HR initiatives with strong cost-benefit outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work diplomatically with staff at all levels.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and HRIS systems.
