Clinic Assistant

Location: Novena

Salary: $2500 - $2800

Working Days : 5.5days

Mon-Fri – 8.45am – 5.15pm | Sat 8.45am – 1.15pm

Job Descriptions:

Register incoming patients.
Prepare the patient for examination.
Respond to patient phone call queries
Inform patient of financial responsibility.
Prepare and file patient forms
Verifying and updating patient information.
Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
Scheduling appointments for patients

Job Requirements:

With relevant working experience as clinic assistant
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Clinic Assistant / Clinic receptionist

Salary: $2000 - $2700 (depend on relevant exp)

Location: Orchard

Working days: 5.25days Alternate Saturday
Working hours: 830am - 6pm / 830am - 1pm

Bookkeeper Clinic assistant / Clinic Admin

5.5 Days

30am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 1pm

S$ 2,200 to 2,800
Location: Orchard

Clinic Assistant (Receptionist & doctor Support)

Bishan, Orchard (5 Days), Marine Parade (5.5Days)

Working Timing: Mon – Fri (9am-5pm), Only Tue & Fri need to work till 7pm

Starting Salary: $2,500 -$2,800 (Based on Experience)

Dental Assistant (Training Provided)

Salary: $1800 - $2000

Working location: Selegie Road

Working days: 5.5 days
Monday - Friday: 830am ~ 5.00pm
Saturday: 830am ~ 3pm

Clinic Assistant (Training Provided)

Working Days: 5.5 days [Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 1pm]

Salary: SGD 1,800 - $2000
