Position Overview:
The Finance Operations Executive (Post Course Validation) plays a critical role in ensuring that all documentation and compliance checks are completed after each course run. This role involves verifying attendance, assessment, and payment details, generating tax invoices, and coordinating with internal teams to support follow-up actions.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across departments to ensure timely and accurate processing within set SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily processing of post course validation tasks by course run.
- Check for completeness of required documents, including payment records, attendance sheets, and assessment outcomes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Training Support, Operations Team, and Finance Team) to ensure all classes are validated within the stipulated SLA.
- Update internal tracking sheets to support the Finance Manager, Senior Finance Executive, and Payment Collections Team in their follow-up actions.
- Generate and issue Tax Invoices for validated course runs.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Finance Executive to support finance operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy under tight timelines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial tracking tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in finance operations or educational institutions will be an advantage.
