Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements for IT applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
Ensure successful delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies.
Provide technical support for .Net or J2EE applications, Oracle or SQL databases, and Weblogic, JBoss, or Tomcat servers.
Implement and manage cloud technology solutions.
Support application operations and audit fieldwork.
Manage vendor and contract relationships.
Handle change management, service request management, and problem/incident management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant IT Application BA experience within the last 8 years.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and delivery within the last 8 years.
Minimum 3 years of exposure to cloud technology and implementation within the last 8 years.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting .Net or J2EE, Oracle Database or SQL Database, Weblogic or JBoss or Tomcat within the last 8 years.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in supporting applications operations and audit fieldwork.
Relevant experience in vendor and contract management, change management/service request management, and problem/incident management.
Experience in supporting government projects.
Relevant healthcare domain knowledge.
