IT Executive

Job Description:

• Provide IT support to staff and students, ensuring all systems and facilities are in good working order.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security measures.
• Liaise with external vendors for IT-related projects and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with HOD and technology teams to implement and support IT solutions.
• Ensure classrooms and learning technology are operational to support a conducive learning environment.
• Assist with procurement, inventory management, and budgeting for IT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, regulatory requirements, and IT policies.
• Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting IT issues, and recommending improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome).
• Mature workers are also encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
