Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst to join our team in the banking domain, with a focus on Cash ISO. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in banking, payments, and cash management. They will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and driving product management initiatives to improve financial services and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects utilizing various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Product Management: Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business objectives. Provide decision-making support through clear and concise communication.
- Business Analysis & Solutioning: Conduct requirements gathering, documentation (BRD, FSD), and process modeling. Define business needs and work with technical teams to evaluate and propose solutions that meet requirements.
- Solution Evaluation: Assess and evaluate potential solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical criteria while adhering to industry best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 9+ years of experience in business analysis within the banking domain, specifically focusing on payments, loans, trade finance, and cash management.
- Project Management: Expertise in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently.
- Product Management: In-depth understanding of product roadmaps, product lifecycle management, and ability to lead product-related initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Business Analysis & Documentation: Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation (BRD, FSD), and process modeling. Ability to propose viable solutions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Domain Expertise:
- Banking (Retail/Corporate): Solid understanding of banking operations and services for both retail and corporate clients.
- Payments: Strong knowledge of payments systems, including ISO messaging standards and related technologies.
- Cash Management: In-depth knowledge of cash management processes, products, and solutions.
- Loans and Trade Finance: Familiarity with loans, trade finance, and associated financial products.
Desired Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 9 - 11 years of relevant experience
