Survey Designer (6 + 6 Months Contract) Up $4K - Bukit Merah

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, user-friendly questions for surveys, leveraging chatbot platforms to create dynamic and interactive question flows.
• Utilize AI and conversational interfaces to craft intuitive and conversational survey experiences. Apply best practices in chatbot dialogue flow, ensuring a seamless interaction for survey respondents.
• Conduct user testing of chatbot surveys to assess effectiveness, response rates, and user engagement. Continuously refine and optimize survey questions and chatbot interactions based on feedback and performance data.
• Evaluate alternative data sources (e.g. administrative data, other third-party datasets, big data) to complement survey responses and improve data accuracy.
• Apply strong analytical skills to review and analyse survey data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement improvements and innovative approaches to enhance survey effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their data collection needs and objectives and translate them into clear, actionable survey questions.

Requirements:

• With background in Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Communications studies
• Proven experience in survey design, questionnaire development, or market research.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly in conversational AI, and their application in survey design.
• Experience in using chatbot platforms for survey development will be an advantage
• Experience with data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python) to evaluate survey data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
