Job Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will handle key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will work closely with management and employees to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and manage HR documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work culture.
• Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate onboarding.
• Process payroll, manage leave administration, and oversee employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
• Coordinate training programs to support employee growth.
• Support initiatives such as engagement activities and performance management.
• Process work passes and liaise with regulatory authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive, retail, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and active listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
