Field Application Engineer - Geylang

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced field application engineer, system engineer, or support engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Network, Firewall, and Linux technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The position will involve working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as providing technical support and training.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Network, Firewall, and Linux systems.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Develop and deliver technical training.
- Write technical documentation.
- Work with other engineers to design and implement new solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Network, Firewall, and Linux technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English
