Personal Assistant

Oon & Bazul is seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant/secretary to provide administrative and support to the Partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and discretion in handling confidential matters.
The key responsibilities include:
Support- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Partner and COO
- Calendar and track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage work-related travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and insurance
- Record billable time into the file management system
- Prepare reimbursement claims and payment vouchers
- Monitor and manage the Partner’s CPD points and ensure he speaks at, moderates or attend any session/events
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required including assisting with travel arrangements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levels
- Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Preferably a degree in Law and/or diploma in Law from Temasek Polytechnic
