Sembawang - Product Labeling Assistant (3-Month Contract)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Labeling Assistant to support our warehouse team for a 3-month contract. This role will primarily focus on labeling products for our e-commerce products (Party Supplies).

It’s important to note that this job is repetitive and requires focus for long hours. You will be required to sit at a workstation and label products for the majority of your shift. There will be minimal interaction with others, so the ability to work independently and stay focused for long periods is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately label party supplies and products according to company standards.
• Ensure all labels are applied neatly and in the correct position.
• Maintain an organized workspace with minimal supervision.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure labels are correctly printed and applied.
• Ensure that product labeling is done in a timely and efficient manner to meet order fulfillment deadlines.
• Perform light packing duties, if necessary, alongside labeling tasks.
• Assist with inventory checks and basic stock organization as needed.
• No interaction with customers or other staff members during labeling tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in a quiet environment with minimal social interaction.
• Able to sit for long periods and focus on repetitive tasks (labeling).
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and comfortable with the nature of the job.
• No using phone during work hours unless it's an urgent or emergency situation.
