Senior Business Analyst T24 - Bukit Merah

The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will lead business analysis activities for TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT, focusing on Customer Foundation, Static Data, and Deposits. The role involves aligning Wealth Management operations globally, driving solution design, and ensuring seamless implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis, solution design, and implementation of TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT.
• Analyze and bridge functional gaps.
• Define functional requirements, use cases, and migration strategies.
• Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.
• Organize and lead stakeholder workshops and governance committees.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process optimizations.

Ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management core banking solutions (T24/TRANSACT).
• Expertise in Customer Foundation, Static Data, and Deposits AA modules.
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the functional domain of banking operation: payments and accounts maintenance, tax and reporting or securities processing.
• Proficiency in SQL, API testing, and data modelling.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
