Job Description:
- Work with teams to attract, develop, reward, and engage employees.
- Handle HR tasks like recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, and wellness programs.
- Be a point of contact for employee feedback and help build a positive work culture.
- Help with company’s projects and events as needed.
- Support company’s wellness, work-life balance, charity, and improvement activities.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Unit.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Business Partner function
- Strong work attitude with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under ambiguity with a sense of urgency.
- Results-driven, customer and people-focused, with strong personal values such as integrity and a passion for success.
