Responsibilities:
- Overall HSE in charge for multiple sites in Singapore
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that HSE plans
- Collaborate with Management to develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and sets the overall HSE strategy
- Ensure compliance to all statutory safety, health, and environment and security requirements through updates, reviews and audits.
- Advise Management during crisis or emergency response including improving & maintaining all aspects of Crisis & Emergency Response Plans and response.
- Ensure that the incident management & investigation process is implemented.
- Act as the sole point of contact with HSE-related government agencies and mutual aid companies
- Drive internal stakeholders alignment before engaging external parties on strategic matters
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in HSE with 5 years of leadership experience (as Head of Department)
- Manufacturing Industry Experience
- Country Level role. Regional Talents who are keen to explore country level are welcomed.
