About the role
As an Associate Director / Consultant in Ship Brokering & Chartering, you will play a leadership role in chartering and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Chartering strategies, Identifying market opportunities (CPP/DPP), and Mentoring chartering activities.
- Building own Cargo Book and Secure Tonnage to cover positions.
- Understanding and Analyzing of market data , providing guidance to the new set up team.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in Ship Chartering / Brokering firm.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
