This individual will coordinate the stakeholders required to launch new business operations. This will require defining and scoping program requirements and critical path, ensuring the safety of our employees, understanding intricate inter-dependencies within the program, and driving and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to launch on time and on budget, as well as driving standardization and consistency within our network, in order to continuously raise the bar of our marketplace launches.

Key job responsibilities- Planning, driving and coordinating the end-to-end execution of last mile functions for successful launch. You will be responsible for network strategy, speed initiatives, procurement, integration, and operationalization
- Subject Matter Expert in ATROPS
- Managing cross-functional teams from project scoping to customer-facing launch, often operating in ambiguous environments
- Able to juggle multiple programs with competing deadlines while maintaining customer focus
- Providing detailed, data-driven insight to identify and prioritize opportunities and to shape our program and operational decisions, as well as foresee risks, “join the dots” and drive to resolution
- Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses, with excellent communication skills
- Takes ownership and accountability for programs, while maintaining the ability to ask for help, and escalate issues and problems as necessary to keep programs on track
- Designing program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of worldwide stakeholders

- Up to 50% travelling across the region
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
