As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key business segments, executing market expansion strategies, and fostering strong distributor and partner relationships to achieve incremental sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and expand business reach by developing focus business segments to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and develop programs with assigned distributors to strengthen channel performance.
  • Drive new partner acquisition, onboarding, training, and business co-development through structured channel programs and enablement initiatives.
  • Oversee distributor business management, ensuring seamless project registration and fostering strong relationships between channel partners and distributors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field.
  • Experience in vendor environments or IT distribution companies will be beneficial.
  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Proven track record as an Account Manager or Channel Account Manager within an IT distribution companywith nationwide business coverage.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain localized channel business programs in alignment with regional HQ strategies.
