Job Description
- Overall in charge of all fire protection projects including:
- Lead and motivate a team of project managers, project engineers, drafters, QS, foreign workers
- Close monitoring of progress of projects, costs and progress claims
- Meet with main contractor, owner, consultants, architects, interior designers on project requirements and to resolve issues
- Managing report and necessary documentation for site progress and completion
- Plan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition
- Work closely with management on resource management
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management)
- Minimum 10 years working experience in fire protection industry, including completing large scale (minimum SGD5m) projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and relevant regulations
- Singaporean/PR are welcome to apply
