We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Position Overview:The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in managing the operational activities of the business, ensuring all areas are running smoothly and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make decisions that support the long-term goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the business.
- Supervise and manage staff, ensuring high performance, productivity, and morale.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and create strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field in Supervise.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
