Job Summary: Assist with after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries and recommending products

Responsibilities:

• Order Management & Support: Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking grocery orders via phone, email, and chat.
• Customer Assistance & Issue Resolution: Provide accurate product information, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work with logistics and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment and maintain detailed customer records.
• Product Knowledge & Invoicing: Stay updated on promotions, policies, and generate invoices for incoming orders as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
