Vice President, Foreign Exchange Sales

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Foreign Exchange Sales efforts in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Institutional clients and working closely with various teams including trading, research, relationship management, and offshore colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various segments, including Asset Manager, Asset Owner, Insurance, Official Institutions, Hedge Funds, eFX clients, and regional and global clients.
2. Provide secondary and tertiary support to local, regional, and global client relationships, expanding coverage and onboarding new clients.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and client growth.
4. Pricing and executing trades, liaising with middle and back office teams.
5. Generate daily and monthly reports on FX business, analyzing client performance and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Coordinate client events and functions for State Street Global Markets.
7. Demonstrate strong risk management skills, upholding accountability and responsibility in all daily activities and personal conduct.
8. Cultivate innovative solutions and creative thinking to enhance and develop existing and new client relationships through internal collaboration with local, regional, and global colleagues.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's (or higher) degree.
2. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in sales and client management.
