Haircare Sales & Training Manager - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a dynamic Haircare Sales and Training Manager to drive business growth and elevate our salon team's skills. This role requires expertise in both sales leadership and training within the salon industry. A strong background in hairdressing, including skills in haircutting, hair coloring, and scalp treatments, combined with proven experience in sales management and client relationship building, is essential.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and boost customer loyalty
• Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans
• Plan promotional activities, train staff on upselling techniques, and enhance service quality
• Design and deliver training programs covering technical skills and customer engagement
• Provide coaching, evaluate staff performance, and offer feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain up-to-date training materials
• Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new team members
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction

• Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology required
• Successful track record in sales management, preferably within the salon or beauty industry
