About the Role

As a Wealth Management Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of financial advisers, ensuring they provide top-tier financial planning and investment services to clients. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and driving performance while maintaining a strong client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial advisers to achieve business goals

✔️ Set performance targets and monitor key metrics to drive success

✔️ Oversee client relationship management and ensure high-quality financial advice

✔️ Provide training on industry trends, compliance, and best practices

✔️ Develop and implement strategies to grow the advisory team and expand the client base

✔️ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Experience: Proven track record in financial advisory, with managerial or leadership experience
