We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Human Resources/Admin Manager to oversee HR operations and ensure alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.The role also involves handling employee relations, resolving grievances, and maintaining accurate personnel records. Additionally, the Assistant HR/Admin Manager will process payroll for approximately 200 employees, develop HR policies, implement safety standards, and support managers in performance management and career development.
The role also includes office administrative duties and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
